LIGHT WEIGHT

Oven dry density of SIPOREX is around 650kg/m3, i.e just one fourth the weight of dense concrete, thus ensuring economic design. It also makes Siporex weightless aac blocks ideal for low bearing soils, for seosmoc zones and for addong storeys to existing buildings. It is easy to handle , hoist and transportable. It is ideal material for use in existing buildings where additional FSI/TDR is available.

More carpet area

More carpet area is available in the same built up area due to lesser widths of walling and cladding with Siporex blocks of 200 mm, 150 mm & 100 mm as against 350 mm, 230 mm & 115 mm in case of conventional brick masonry.

FIRE RESISTANT
